If I could give them a triple 0 rating, I would! They way they treat people and cause more anxiety and stress to those of us who ask questions and don't understand the process is awful. I actually just turned down all benefits through them and will apply for unemployment because dealing with them has caused my anxiety to skyrocket and put me into panic attacks. They are awful. I with corporations would stay away from them.

They have made a difficult time in my life even more complicated. They are constantly checking on your health status no matter how severe and then create more correspondence for doctors to have to fill out over and over. They constantly call to monitor you. Terrible company!

Horribly service! On top of recovering from surgery which is already hard enough, And going back and forth with sending in information with myself and Dr. office and still not receiving any payment really shouldn't have to be so difficult, especially when I pay for insurance nobody should have to go threw this especially on a difficult time when recovering from surgery.
