A terrible service, rude people! They will make you hold for hours! AVOID them like the plague!. scum bags

45 minutes on hold to get a quote was in position 2 for 25mins then position 1 for 20 mins got fed up waiting will take my business elsewhere had time to read the negative feedback on google! Surely they have more than one person answering calls.

I been with, Unicom Insurance for 8years. I was paying 1500, but suddenly nerned up for 3500, that's why I left Unicom.

Hope Allen unicom insurance sales advisor was very helpful when I had a query about new policy. she know the answer and she is very super sales advisor.

Been with unicom 3yrs now, great staff, never had a problem with them.

Had my motor trade Insurance with them for over 6 years now. Very happy with 5he service. Had an accident last year for the first time and they made the sorting things out very easy. Thank you.

It should give 0 star but I can't give less 1 star. Tried to rob me, I have to pay an extra 1,450 for an update that doesn't even work, after 8 years and a 300% price increase they tell me my insurance hasn't been valid for the last 4 years because the policy was not set up correctly. S. t the insurance company in my life. They talk to you nicely when you have to pay, but when they need to pay you back, you have to spend 5 hours on the phone 40 times switch over other departments to get your money back. (for 54 days insurance they want to charge me over 1,800) this is sick.
