Zero Stars. Of all the companies and official bodies I had to deal with following the untimely passing of my father, this company caused me the most stress. I informed them at my earliest opportunity of the change in circumstances and from that phone call until the point of house sale, I found them to be excessively probing, pushy and single-mindedly self-profiteering. I found the persistence and style of approach harassing and duplicitous. An awful experience at an awful time.
