| Job description: | Could you transform the Insurance Industry? Our client services 75% of the worlds Financial Services industry and are looking to expand their team of Insurance Consultants. With a focus on strategy you will help clients solve complex problems and identify opportunities for improvement and growth. You will work on all areas of the General Insurance and Life and Pensions footprint, from sales and marketing through core underwriting and claims operations as well as key functional processes including finance, risk and regulatory management. You will deliver Insurance transformation programmes, understand and anticipate client needs based on a strong understanding of the Insurance market, guiding teams in selecting and applying the most appropriate tools, techniques, and approaches to deliver client work and design and deliver high performance operating models. You will be a good networker and have a track record in leading the successful delivery of large, complex engagements on time and within budget. Good analytical and reasoning skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also a must.
